FACE (Specifically Courtney) literally got my face together! I was struggling with major acne and sensitive skin including random hives and rashes as I approached 30. My dermo's suggestions weren't cutting it, and after about a year of working with Courtney (with seasonal facials)- my skin is truly flawless. Everyone at FACE is knowledgable, trustworthy, and wonderful. While it can be pricey, they offer a great program that offers discounts off products and services which helps to make it more affordable. I can't recommend enough, no matter what your skincare needs are!

I traveled 45 minutes for a facial at Face! The friendly atmosphere, attention to detail, and state of the art facilities are unmatched. The bonus massage and heated tables are a bonus. I'll be back soon. Thanks Toni.

Holly and the staff at FACE are amazing! I have struggled with acne and scarring for years. I’ve seen dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aestheticians, but Holly is the only consultation I’ve had where she suggested getting to the source of the problem, not just through products and treatments, but with lifestyle too. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and sensitive to her clients’ needs. Every product she has recommended for me has helped my skin and I look forward to my upcoming laser treatments in January. The office is beautiful. Every staff member is incredibly kind. And there is nowhere else that offers as many services, lasers, treatments as FACE. I highly recommend! Update: It has been two years and FACE is still my go-to for all things beauty and wellness. I have been routinely getting facials and laser treatments to manage my acne scarring, skin texture, and signs of aging (I’m in my 40s and it’s happening). It is amazing how much progress I have made. Both the Pearl laser and Ultra clear have seriously improved my scarring, a problem I never thought I could solve. I have seen Jenna for a Diamond Glow facial and a Cryotherapy facial and both produced instant results- my skin was tighter, lifted, smoother, and glowing. Toni does my laser hair removal and covers every inch, I have gotten fantastic results. Adrianna is a consummate professional and guided me along the entire process of my Ultra Clear laser earlier this year. In addition to all of the external services, I worked with Dr. Cutler to restore my gut health and learn the dietary triggers that were perpetuating my acne, fatigue, bloating, and stress. Now, I know exactly what I need to do with my diet and supplements to maximize my internal health. Every service I have had has been well worth it. I continue to strongly recommend!

I've been going to Face Med Spa on and off for the past three years, and recently decided to start getting facials. My first facial experience was at a different spa in Troy—it cost around $275, and honestly, I wasn't impressed. A few months ago, I decided to give facials another try, this time at Face with Courtney. I’m so glad I did! The price was much more reasonable, and Courtney goes above and beyond by including a massage during the facial—which I absolutely love. That extra care is what made me come back. Also, I’ve been seeing Heather for injections. Highly recommend!
